New Mood Theme (to upload soon)

I decided recently that I wanted a new custom mood theme for my LJ ... but what theme should it be? I'm pretty heavily into "In Plain Sight" lately, but most people who read my journal aren't into that show, so most of you folks would find such a mood theme uninteresting, so I didn't feel a need to restrict myself. In the end, I decided that any mood theme I came up with would click with only a small percentage of my friends list, since I have accumulated friends from many different places and fandoms, and so it might be cool to create a mood theme with no theme! Then everyone could connect with a bit here and there! Basically, the only theme would be "Stuff Kimberly Likes." Well, "Stuff Kimberly Likes That Is Mostly On-Screen, Either in TV or Movies."

So I've spent quite a bit of time in the past 3 days or so working on my new mood theme. It includes a lot of images from the tv shows "In Plain Sight," "The Vampire Diaries," "Queer As Folk: US," "Buffy," and "Lost" ... as well as some images from "Doctor Who," "Stargate: SG1," the "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog" online mini-series, "Firefly," "Glee," "Torchwood," "Moonlighting" (yes, the old show from the '80s!), "The Wire," "Veronica Mars," "White Collar," and "Criminal Minds."

There are also a number of images from movies, such as 1995's Persuasion, the BBC's 1995 Pride and Prejudice mini-series, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Princess Bride, Pulp Fiction, A Room with a View, Thelma and Louise, The Sixth Sense, Run Lola Run, Wayne's World, American Beauty, The Wedding Singer, Truly Madly Deeply, Amélie, Gerard Depardieu's 1990 Cyrano de Bergerac, and the LOTR series.

In addition, there are various images of Jackie Chan, cartoons (the Looney Tunes, Mr. Peabody's Wayback Machine, the Wonder Twins, Schoolhouse Rock, Speed Racer, The Cat in the Hat), and other random stuff that I thought well expressed a particular mood.

I'm inordinately fond of my new mood theme, and now I need only upload it to our server so I can get started using it. Woo hoo!
